Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. But, in case you’re unhappy with your purchase, please follow our Refund and Return Policy below.



All products are made to order, therefore, once your order is in the production window, an order cannot be cancelled

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges.

In the event where there’s an issue with the product, please consider returning the product. See below for how returns are treated.

Refunds & Returns


  1. Once a product is manufactured, refunds are provided in the form of store credit.
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Conditions for Refunds & Returns

Refunds & returns are not supported if you, the customer, made a mistake like ordering the wrong size, colour, submitting incorrect shipping details, etc., or if the customer simply changed their mind.

However, if the product has a manufacturing error (e.g., incorrect print) or is damaged (proven to be caused by the manufacturer), then we will offer you a refund (store credit), if you contact us within 14 days of the original order’s arrival date. If you receive a refund (store credit), shipping and production costs will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us via email at with the following:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The item(s) you wish to return.
  3. The reason(s) for return (MUST include photos supporting reason(s)).
  4. Proof of the item(s) arrival date.

PLEASE NOTE: To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) MUST be:

  • unused.
  • in the same condition that you received it.
  • in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note: Based on the condition of the item(s), (e.g., smoke smell, burn marks, pet hair, etc.), we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

In the event you cancelled an order and are therefore expecting a refund to your credit card account:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Once item is manufactured, only regular priced items may be refunded (store credit). Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. PLEASE NOTE: Return Tracking Number is REQUIRED in order to process refunds.
